Steve has been assisting clients with their Financial Planning needs for nearly 20 years assisting individuals with Retirement Planning, Investment Management, Life, Disability and Long Term Care Planning, and Legacy or Estate Planning. He also works with owners of closely held businesses to address their Business Succession, Executive Benefits, and Retirement Plan needs.
Steve focuses on Retirement Income Planning with an emphasis on risk management and has been a featured speaker on the subject, and has also consulted other Financial Advisor's in this area. He has developed a custom Retirement Income Planning system called the Sleep Well Strategy which helps provide Retiree's the income they need with the peace of mind they seek. *The Sleep Well Strategy: Helps Instill Confidence In Your Investments & may finally give you some peace of mind.
For younger clients, Steve works with them to fully understands their family planning, risk management and investment accumulation concerns, and then assists them in creating strategies to address those needs!
As an active member of his industry, Steve has served as President of the local chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and has been a member of FSI and the Million Dollar Round Table. In addition, Steve has been a featured industry speaker on Retirement Income Planning, Life Insurance Planning, Variable Annuities and more.
Steve also provides consulting to other Financial Advisors in the area of Client Service, Practice Management, Financial Planning Processes and Solutions, Time Management and Insurance and Investment Portfolio Design.
Personally, Steve was born and raised in the Seattle area and is a graduate of the University of Washington. He currently lives in Renton with his wife of more than twenty years, Jodi, and three daughters. He is a rabid sports fan, particularly of the Washington Huskies, enjoys golf (most of the time), reading and spending time with family and friends!
